At VSL International, every job has the benefit of what we call a "job tracking system" which helps us provide real time feedback to clients and also update our databases. For us every consignment is "special cargo" our concern for quick turnarounds has nothing to do with size of the consignment or value.

"When it comes to meeting deadlines, there's more to it than ground level follow-up and process handling. Our teams across the country are fully conversant with Customs formalities and procedures, but then there is a little more to it. It's that personal equation that makes things happen-right from the front office, to key points along the transit route."
